A 2019 independent evaluation of our workshops found:

  • We’re having an impact on improving the quality of advice-giving (three-quarters of interview respondents noticed a definite improvement in their advice-giving, with many reporting a transformation in their thinking)

  • We’re creating a memorable customer experience and supportive learning environment (the workshops’ Net Promoter Score of +86 is double the industry standard)

  • The most valued features of our workshops are working with participants’ own briefs; involving executives; our credibility and style as facilitators; the experiential learning approach; and practical resources to take away and use

  • Our impact is extended by having all levels of the organisation engaged in our courses. This principle is central to the design of our program.
